Ecommerce site for high end fashion and retail store

Really Wild Clothing are a well-established clothes retailer who pride themselves on sourcing quality fabrics in a fashion line that boasts distinctive British style - customers include members of the Royal family such as Kate Middleton are regularly spotted pioneering trends from the store. The company wanted to revitalise the existing site with a modern design which would increase online revenue and develop the brand's web presence. Gibe worked alongside creative agency, Big Helping, to ensure the look and feel of the site was distinctive and consistent across all media.

In order to create a versatile ecommerce website, Gibe incorporated responsive web design within the feature and brand blocks on the homepage; this has ensured that the growing user base of mobile and tablet users receive an equally enjoyable viewing experience to those using their desktops. Interactive dropdowns on category pages aim to improve the product browsing experience with a larger thumbnail of the product appearing with a description upon clicking the item. The site was built on the GibeCommerce platform which ensured that the Really Wild team were able to update and manage all site content and we can develop elements as required to meet their specific needs.

In the 7 weeks post launch, site turnover increased 109% with the conversion rate on the site increasing 59%. Whilst visitor numbers have remained consistent the number of items purchases has increase 125% and average order value is up 28%. This redesign has been a major success, demonstrating both commercial and brand experience improvements.
